If the customer is an entrepreneur (§ 14 German Civil Code), the delivery shall generally take place at the clients risk. This shall also apply for part deliveries. If the customer is an end consumer in the sense of § 13 German Civil Code, risks of accidental destruction and deterioration of the delivered goods pass to the customer at handover of the object. The client entering in acceptance default shall be equal to handover. Delivery is the delivery address specified by the customer.
